Terms

Draft. Have a lawyer review these before you rely on them.

1. What Reachlist is

Reachlist is a directory of distribution channels and a set of tools that help you plan, draft and track your outreach. It helps you prepare. It does not post for you, and it does not contact anyone on your behalf.

2. No promise of results

Reachlist does not guarantee customers, sales, traffic, rankings, approval on any platform, or any other result. Results depend on your product, your market and your effort.

3. You post, and you are responsible

Every draft is yours to review, change and publish. You are responsible for every claim you make, every link you share and every post you publish, and for following each platform's rules.

4. Our checks are checks, not guarantees

We check channel links, fees and rules against public pages, and we check kits against fixed rules. A check can be out of date or wrong. Confirm fees, rules and approval requirements on each platform before you pay or post.

5. Your content

The product details, copy and screenshots you put into a kit remain yours. We store a kit for 180 days, and you can delete it earlier with the manage token shown when it was made.

6. Accounts and keys

Keys let an AI agent make kits on your account. Keep them private. You can revoke a key at any time. You are responsible for anything made with a key you have not revoked.

7. Third-party platforms

Platform names and logos belong to their owners. They are shown only to identify each channel. Posts from X belong to their authors and are shown as short excerpts that link to the original.

8. Changes

We may change these terms and the site. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
